From Research to Strategy
Through platform audits and market study, we explored where Auction Bazaar was falling short and what users expected from a modern auction experience
Competitor Analysis
Studied existing auction & property listing platforms to understand how they handled bidding, trust, and user flow.
Platform Audit
Reviewed the existing Auction Bazaar site to identify friction points (outdated UI, lengthy forms, poor hierarchy).
Stakeholder Workshop
Conducted sessions with the client team to understand business priorities, platform goals, and pain points from their perspective.
Solution
OLD UI
The old UI of Auction Bazaar looked outdated and cluttered. Product cards were overloaded with information, much of which wasn’t relevant to all users.
We revamped the entire UI to give it a fresh, trustworthy feel, and added unique design elements to help the platform stand out from competitors
